  • We are a home-based lash salon located in Findlay Creek, Ottawa.  
    Please note that all appointments must be booked online.  We do not accept walk-ins.
  • Minimum age for eyelash extensions is 18.  For lash lifts, the minimum age is 16.
    Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.  Please notify us in advance if you are under 18.
  • Allergy Notice
    We have cats on the premises so please consider this if you have allergies.
    If you’ve experienced a reaction to eyelash extensions in the past, kindly inform us before booking your appointment.


  • A $30 deposit is required for all first-time clients to secure an appointment.  This deposit is refundable only if cancellations or rescheduling are made with more than 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
  • A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Late arrivals will not be charged a fee, however, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.  While we will do our best to accommodate you, rescheduling is at our discretion.  In such cases, our cancellation/rescheduling policy will apply.
  • Repeated cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointment in full.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds.
